Japanese Spiderman??? WTF
So I’m just doing my general geeky surfing at www.marvel.com to see what’s what with my favorite comic book company (sorry DC) and I come across the video featured above. Apparently the weekly Japanese Spiderman live action show is quite the absurdist, abstract piece of art. To describe this show would be more work that it would be to watch it. From the moment I caught the lyrics to the theme song I couldn’t take my eyes away. Here’s just a few lines of their version of the ditty us webhead fans have come to love
Yeah Yeah Yeah wow (2x)
Between the dark valleys of buildings (Spiderman)
Eyes sparkle with the flash of anger (Spiderman)
